Description

This product is used to connect OPGW optical cables and tensile towers during the erection of OPGW optical cable lines. The pre-twisted wire protects and resists vibrations of the OPGW optical cables. The design of the pre-twisted wire prevents the tension clamp itself from generating stress concentration that would damage the OPGW optical cable and maintains the normal life of the optical cable system.

OPGW tension cable clamps are under full tension. Connect the fiber optic composite ground wire to the terminal, tensile strength (the angle is greater than 25°) or the fiber optic cable connection tower.

OPGW tensile cable clamps have even stress distribution, no stress concentration points, and can protect optical cables well.

Under the premise of not exceeding the lateral pressure strength of the optical cable, it has a greater grip on the optical cable and can withstand greater tension.

The grip strength of the optical cable is not less than: 95% of the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of the optical cable, which is fully suitable for the needs of optical cable erection.

b. Quantity configuration: 1 set/terminal tower (including gantry); 2 sets/tension tower, rotation angle greater than 25° and OPGW connection tower.

c. The standard configuration of this cable clamp is right-handed according to the OPGW outer layer twisting direction. If the OPGW outer layer twisting direction is left-handed, it should be noted in the order contract.
